Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us in writing via email or our Contact Us form within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement promptly after confirmation. You can expect a response within one business day.
Standard Returns
You may return any unopened, full-size product in its original retail box with all packaging and the packing slip within 30 days of receipt. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund of the product price, less the original shipping and any gift-wrapping charges.
